Hard work and consistency are essential to fulfilling our dream of bringing home the DBL trophy which has not been achieved for a decade.” Ken added that teamwork is vital among team players aside from always focusing on what is happening on the field and encouraging each other regardless of seniority. Having the desire to give the best, Ken wants the MIS basketball team players to improve their attitude when competing by adjusting the pace of the game and not being quickly influenced by the tempo of the game that the opponent wants. Ken also motivates student-athletes involved in the basketball game with this message “Believe in the process, stay consistent in everything we do, and always trust God”.
