Requirements
Prospective students are required to complete the following requirements, to wit:
- Birth certificate
- Diploma and transcript of records/report book
- Transfer letter (for transferee only)
- Parent’s identification card (KTP)/passport (both parent)
- Family card (KK)
- Completed the placement test (English, Math, and aptitude) and interview
- Completed the application form and settle the payment
Procedures
New Students/Transferees:
- Submit required documents to admission staff for evaluation
- Acquire recommendation from the academic department
- Pay placement test fee at the cashier
- Complete written placement test and personal interview (online or face to face)
- Picture talking
- Obtain acceptance letter (admission will inform the test result in two days, the latest)
- Fill out application form
- Pay initial or full amount of school fees
- Pay the initial or full amount of the residence Hall (optional)
- Obtain pass (admission), ID (admission), and uniforms (MIS store)
Returning Students:
- Obtain recommendation from the principal and VP for Academic Affairs (student with failing grades)
- Fill out the application form (R-01)
- Pay the initial or full amount of the Residence Hall fee (optional)
- Pay initial or full amount of the school fees
- Picture taking for returning students who will join grades 1, 4, 7, and 10
- Obtain pass (admission), ID (admission), and uniforms (MIS store)
Late Enrollees (New or Returning Students)
Students who register two weeks after the school starts are considered late enrollees. Late enrollees are subject to earn five unexcused absences for the current semester except for the following valid reasons:
- Sickness
- Death of a family member
- Legal matters
