Ethics Policy

This Ethics Policy aims to establish clear guidelines and principles for the marketing activities, student recruitment processes, and verification of ethical practices of staff within Manado Independent School.   1. Ethical Principles:

    2. Respect for Diversity: Our marketing efforts and recruitment processes should respect and celebrate diversity in all its forms, including but not limited to, ethnicity, religion, culture, gender identity, and socioeconomic background.

    1. Admission Staff Selection: Admission Staff involved in recruitment activities will be selected based on their integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical standards.
    2. Training and Monitoring: Regular training sessions will be conducted to ensure that Admission staff understand and adhere to our ethical guidelines. Performance will be monitored to identify any deviations from these standards.
